We brainstorm potential solutions, together with other groups, in the form of hackathons, to help speed up ideation.

The team works on the concept, and reports on a by weekly - or once in a month format, with scrum workboards and a demo, this way you’ll be in control at all times.
The team doesn’t just produce reports but actively implements change in your supply chain. Demonstrating progress and growth over time is the true measure of success.
